Each employee completes a tailored health questionnaire, designed to flag any medical conditions or adjustments that may be needed. Where concerns are identified, our occupational health clinicians follow up directly with the individual by phone or face-to-face.
Once complete, a clear fitness outcome report is sent straight to the referring manager. This means you can make informed decisions and provide the right support, without unnecessary delays.
